Karen Koster has revealed that the other mums on the Xpose set were a great help to her after she gave birth to baby Finn.
Fellow presenter Aisling O’Loughlin and producer Debbie O’Donnell offered her invaluable advice as she became a mum for the first time.
“Aisling and  Debbie are both working mothers and they’ll tell you it’s a struggle to balance parenthood and work too,” she said.

“When it comes to parenting, Aisling is a very clam influence. She was great when I was pregnant.”
Karen has only recently returned to work after her maternity leave and started sending her son to a creche in the weeks leading up to her return so he could get used to being without her.
“I made a fool of myself to begin with, but then again once I handed him over it was like a little holiday – I got to have a snoopy around the shops and everything,” she told The Herald.
