Jennifer Maguire has revealed she was with her 2FM co-hosts when she gave birth just a few weeks ago.
The Republic of Telly star had an emergency Caesarean section and was with Bernard O’Shea and Keith Walsh in spirit when she was brought into hospital.
“When I was in there, unfortunately I had to have an emergency section at the end of it, I was in the theatre and I thought okay, focus, don’t think about the radio show, don’t think about anything,” she said.

“Then this face comes towards me. A nurse with a mask on her said: ‘I listen to your breakfast show every morning’. So the lads were actually with me,” she admitted.
Speaking to Ryan Tubridy on the Late Late Show, the RTE host chatted to Jen and co-star The Unemployables co-star Darren Kennedy.
