LA-based Irish model Tiffany Stanley has opened up about how she copes with anxiety.

The Look: All Stars reality star explained that she has a whole other life behind the glamour of her online facade.

“I’ve struggled with anxiety for many years, in my early-20s it was much worse but in recent years I’ve made huge progress by practising self care — regular exercise, eating a healthy plant-based diet, yoga and meditation.”

“For anyone suffering, it’s really important to exercise and eat well, as this will have a huge impact for the better.”

Tiffany explained that she has had a difficult year, with the death of both of her grandparents, and her mother’s diagnosis with skin cancer.

“I had to take a break from work, it was hard to focus,” she said.

“My mum Sharon has skin cancer now and I am at home in Ireland looking after her.”

The model warned her fans not to sun bathe, and use fake tan instead like she does.
