Grainne Seoige and ex-husband Stephen Cullinane are locked in a battle to hold on to their home.
The pair bought the house in Kilmacanogue, Co. Wicklow in 2008 for  €650,000 and now KBC Bank is trying to repossess it.
Grainne and Stephen lived in the plush pad until their split in 2010 – however the mortgage fell into arrears after they broke up.

The case was called before the registrar at Bray District Court yesterday morning.
The court heard the papers had only just been lodged in the case and as a result it was not ready to proceed.
Neither the RTE presenter or her ex turned up for the brief mention.

Grainne and Stephen were married for 11 years prior to their break-up in 2010.
The Galway native has since been dating South African rugby coach Leon Jordaan for three years with the pair expected to tie the knot this year.
