Fight breaks out between Irish fans on flight to Conor McGregor's Vegas fight

With up to 20,000 Irish fans on their way to Las Vegas to watch Conor McGregor’s highly anticipated fight with Jose Aldo, tempers are bound to flare.

On a flight from New York to Nevada last night, a fight broke out between some Irish passengers on their way to watch the fight.

“Got delayed at JFK because every time the flight attendant tried to read out the safety procedures on board the aircraft this drunk Irish fella kept singing Ole Ole Ole & Oggy oggy oggy,” passenger Damien Coyne wrote on Facebook.

“So flight crew call the cops and your man gets escorted off the plane. Cos we missed our cue to set off we had to taxi on the runway for ages before we got a slot to take off.”

However, when the flight finally took off – things only got worse.

“About 25 mins into a 5 and a half hour flight, these other two Irish lads start kicking off at each other,” he wrote.
