Fans calling for Jeremy McConnell to be axed from Ex On The Beach after alleged assault

Fans are calling for Jeremy McConnell to be axed from MTV’s upcoming season of Ex On The Beach, after he allegedly assaulted his ex Stephanie Davis.

The Dubliner, who has denied any wrongdoing, is currently on bail after he was arrested on suspicion of assault and causing criminal damage to his ex’s home this week.

Stephanie Davis, who welcomed their son Caben-Albi in January, sparked concern after posting a Snapchat of her legs covered in bruises.

Jeremy is due to star in the new season of Ex On The Beach, but producers are now questioning whether they should have him on the show after his arrest.

Many fans have taken to Twitter, calling for MTV to axe him from the show.

“Obvs all for press and publicity looking at it now. Shame [sic] on him and MTV for allowing someone under police investigation on their show,” one angry fan wrote.

Meanwhile, a source told the Mirror Online that MTV bosses have reached out to Jeremy following his arrest, admitting that they are wary of flying him out to film.
