Rosanna Davison has revealed details on her second book, and it looks set to be focused a lot more on fitness.
The former Miss World released her first book Eat Yourself Beautiful at the end of August, and it went down a hit as it landed at the number one spot on the book charts.
Speaking to Goss.ie at 2FM’s radiothon in aid of the ISPCC, Rosanna revealed what her second book will entail and how it’s progress is going well.

“Book number two is going well, it’s just at it’s early stages now but it’s set for release in September next year.
“It’s  very much focused on fitness which is a huge passion of mine.
“So many people say to me you know, ‘I work out but how do I eat the right foods before and after’, for giving you energy before a workout and then for helping muscle repair after a workout,” she told Goss.ie.

“So it’s that kind of stuff – how to maximise the benefits of your workout and how to sort of manage your stress, improve your sleep, all that kinda stuff.
The model mentions that her book is aimed at people like her who lead busy lives and want to stay fit and healthy in the mean time.
“It’s really for people I suppose like me, who are really busy that want to fit in the healthy eating and fitness into their lives.

When asked whether she’s finding writing her second book much easier than the first, she admits she’s being a little bit too relaxed about it.
“Definitely, I’m far too relaxed about it. I really should start writing the text at some stage, but it doesn’t even need to be in until next April. So I do have a bit of time,” she added.
