Rosanna Davison has admitted that her recent gluten controversy could boost sales for her new book.
Speaking exclusively to Goss.ie at the launch of Eat Yourself Beautiful, the former Miss World opened up about the negative social media reaction she received.
“Well with the gluten controversy, I was delighted to be able to clarify what I had meant,” she said.
“To be able to tell people that you know what really, I suppose, was floating around the internet wasn’t my quote and it certainly wasn’t in the book or it didn’t reflect my views, it was really a miscommunication in the interview.”

“But yeah silver linings, it meant I suppose that people, more people, heard about the book,” she explained.
“Maybe it’s raised interest and for those people who heard about it and are interested in healthier alternatives and healthy eating.”
Rosanna continued to look on the bright side as her fans show her their support.
“I’ve received so much support and hundreds of messages from people as well so yeah that’s been great,” she told Goss.ie.
