Everyone is saying the same thing about Maura Higgins’ reunion with her ex Curtis Pritchard on Love Island Games.
Earlier this year, the Longford native landed a gig as the social host of Love Island Games, while the professional dancer was confirmed as a contestant.
Maura split from Curtis in March 2020, just seven months after they struck up a romance on the 2019 series of Love Island.
The former couple didn’t exactly end on the best terms, as the professional dancer was accused of “cheating” on the Longford native – which he later denied.
In the latest episode of Love Island Games, Curtis lost his place on the show – which meant he had to film a post-exit interview with Maura.
In a clip posted on social media, Curtis awkwardly asked Maura how her family was doing before they started the interview.
Despite the obvious tension, the pair managed to get through their chat with plenty of humour.
At one stage, Maura joked that Curtis “still has no balls”, to which Curtis responded, “You would know!”
The professional dancer also brought up the fact that he snored in the villa, which came as a surprise.
Curtis said he didn’t realise he snored, and Maura joked that she couldn’t remember if he did or not because “it was that long ago”.
The former flames ended their chat with a hug, proving there’s no bad blood between them.
It’s safe to say Maura and Curtis’ reunion sparked a huge reaction online, as fans have branded it “so awkward”.
However, some fans claimed there was still some chemistry between them.

It comes after Maura discussed seeing “too familiar” faces on Love Island Games – including her ex Curtis.
Speaking to Kem Cetinay on Capital FM, she said: “Do you know what, like, everyone’s very excited about this because obviously they know that I would have had to interview him like, if he gets dumped from the show or if he makes the final,” Maura explained.
“So yeah, we could have a run-in there. So yeah, I mean, I don’t know how much I can say but… it was interesting.”
“I’m sure there will be an interview at one point?,” Kem questioned.
The Longford native revealed: “Yeah, there is an interview. Like, I don’t really know if I can say that or not.”
“But I mean, there is an interview and I’m trying to think back like how it went like I think it was okay, I think I was nice. I think,” Maura continued.
“I think there might have been moments where I wasn’t too… polite, but I think I made it more of a joke.”
While Curtis is still single, Maura is currently off the market as she’s dating Hollywood stuntman Bobby Holland Hanton, who works closely with Chris Hemsworth.
