Distraught Jodi Albert has called her mum her “hero” and her “life” – after it emerged she is fighting cancer again.
The former Wonderland singer is devastated after Eileen took a turn for the worst and is back in hospital batting the deadly disease.
Last week, Goss.ie revealed she was back in hospital after her condition deteriorated.
And the 31-year-old showed she was getting emotional – posting a shot of a pair of them together on Instagram, writing: “My Heros my life.”

Fans have continued to tell the star – who is married to Westlife’s Kian Egan – that they are praying for her.
Last week, a source told Goss.ie that Jodi was “devastated” by the news about her mum.
They said: “Jodi is absolutely devastated. She’s been through so much already. Her mum was found to have cancer back in 2009 and they thought she was doing a lot better.
“She just wants to be there for Eileen and do what she can. She’s heartbroken, it’s horrible to see her mum go through everything again.”

Eileen was hit with cancer back in 2009, but a year later son-in-law Kian was positive the chemotherapy was working.
Last year Westlife star Kian said that Eileen was “doing quite well now” after “battling cancer for the last year” and it was believed she was over the worse.
