The Handmaid’s Tale has fast become the most-talked about TV show of 2017.
The controversial series, which stars Elizabeth Moss, is set in a dystopian future, where a woman is forced to live as a concubine under a fundamentalist theocratic dictatorship.
A second series of the show has already been confirmed, and it looks like they could be set to film some scenes in Ireland.
Famed cinematographer Reed Morano, who directed several episodes of The Handmaid’s Tale, is currently in Wicklow – and fans think she’s on the hunt for filming locations.
Taking to Instagram, the director posted a picture of her in the Irish countryside and revealed that she’s on a “recce”.
Recce is short for reconnaissance, which basically means she’s on the hunt for shooting locations.
