Bookies have slashed odds on One Direction’s Niall Horan becoming an X Factor judge after a €200 bet was placed.
BoyleSports has since cut its odds from 3/1 to 5/4 after the confident bet was made in Co. West Meath.
“We have seen further interest in Niall Horan becoming an X Factor judge with one punter in his native county placing €200 on him at
3/1 on Monday,” Liam Glynn of Boylesports said.

“This follows on from a hefty €500 bet placed on Niall last week,
“We are taking no chances on him becoming an X Factor judge as One Direction will have a lot of time on their hands in 2016 when they take a short break,” he added.
Last month Boylesports suspended betting on Niall landing the role after a €200 bet was laid on him at 7/1 in one of its Co Westmeath shops by punter.
However, the Mullingar man quashed rumours admitting on the weekend: “I’ll be the worst judge ever. I’ll be terrible.”
