Aoibhinn Ni  Shuilleabhain has revealed that she and Bressie used to write songs together in college.
The former Rose of Tralee and the Voice of Ireland coach lived across the hall from each other in UCD where they collaborated together to make sweet music.
“Bressie and I used to write songs together in college,” she revealed on 2fm’s Breakfast Republic.

“He lived across the corridor from me when I was in second year and he was in third year.”
The lecturer explained Bressie was a “really good guitarist” and she still has some of their recordings.
“He’s a really good guitarist, that’s why.
“We did have one gig in the student bar once. I have the songs on a tape somewhere, they’re not bad,” she said.
