Hollywood star Colin Farrell has admitted that being a father is his most important role to date.
Speaking about his children, the 38-year-old insisted that being a great father was more important then being regarded as a great actor.
The Total Recall actor added: “You have to be there to listen to them, play with them.”

Father of two, Colin opened up to Vogue Italia about his children – James, 11, his son with American model Kim Bordenave and five-year-old Henry with actress Alicia Bachleda-Curus.
Having been tipped for a Razzie for his role in his critically slammed film A Winter’s Tale, Colin clearly is practising what he preaches.

The panned film cost €50 million to make but only took in half of it’s budget – €25 million – at the box office
However the True Detective star missed out on a Golden Raspberry nomination for this year award.
This wasn’t the first time Colin was tipped for a Razzie after his 2004 flop Alexander.
