Sam Smith has opened up about his split from 13 Reasons Why star Brandon Flynn.
The singer dated Brandon for eight months and their shock split was revealed after Sam deleted all traces of the romance on social media in June.
The 26-year-old has now opened up about the break-up and told The Times that “it’s still quite raw.”
“I’m still trying to figure out what I took from that relationship and what it meant to me,” he said.
“Seeing gay relationships [in a public way] is important and refreshing. You don’t see it loads,” the singer continued.
Sam made it clear that there is no bad blood between him and the 13 Reasons Why star as he described Brandon as “wonderful.”
“All my relationships have ended in a nice way, never nasty,” Sam revealed.
