Police officers reportedly released pepper balls into a crowd of fans in Tulsa, after Travis Scott postponed his sold out concert.

Announcing the news on Twitter, the rapper wrote, “Tulsa so sorry I can’t perform at tonight’s sold out show. We had last minute production issues and I can’t give y’all an incomplete show.”

Although the 26-year-old rescheduled his show for March, USA Today has reported that a crowd of fans grew ‘irritated’ by the last minute cancellation – and started to bang on the glass of the Bank of Oklahoma Center, breaking one of the doors.

Thankfully no one was hurt during the incident, but pepper balls were released to disperse the angry crowd gathering at the arena – where the concert was due to take place.

The announcement came less than an hour before doors were scheduled to open, which angered the fans who had been standing in line for hours.

One Twitter user expressed their disappointment by tweeting, “So glad I stood in line for 2 1/2 hours in the freezing mist to get front row in (general admission) for this.”

Another user hit out at the rapper and his girlfriend Kylie Jenner by writing, “First I spend over $100 on Kylie cosmetics and they forgot my blush… NOW THIS @trvisXX !!! This whole fam testing my patience.”
