Lena Dunham is showing off a slimmer look.
The Girls creator and star unveiled her dramatic weight loss at the opening of Tracy Anderson’s flagship studio in New York City on Wednesday.
Lena has been working with the celebrity trainer – whose clients also include Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna, Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz and Kim Kardashian – for years, and it has clearly paid off.

The actress, writer and director was dressed in a dark grey tank top with colourful printed leggings and black trainers.
Lena struggles with endometriosis and says she loves working with Tracy because the trainer focuses on helping her to get stronger rather than thinner.
“I think for me the big thing was that Tracy just very clearly wasn’t trying to change my body,” she told People at the event.

The 30-year-old also admitted that she deals with Tracy’s gruelling workouts by having low expectations, and doesn’t compare herself to others.
“I’m so naturally unathletic that I just go in and I’m thrilled if I can achieve anything,” she said. “I just combat that feeling by having literally no physical expectations for myself, which makes it all work out perfectly.”
The sixth and final series of Lena’s hit HBO show is currently airing, with the series finale taking place on April 16th.
