Mac Miller’s home where he died from a suspected overdose hits the rental market

The rapper passed away unexpectedly last month

Mac Miller’s home, where he tragically died last month, has hit the rental market for nearly $10,000 per month.

The 26-year-old was found dead at his San Fernando Valley house on September 7, due to a suspected overdose.

Mac’s three-bedroom house is up for rent for $9,595 a month, however, TMZ have reported that realtors could find it hard to secure new tenants.

Under California Law (Civil Code 1710.2), realtors have to disclose to anyone buying or renting a house whether someone died there within three years of a transaction.

On October 31, a host of major stars will come together to perform at the Mac Miller: A Celebration of Life concert at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.

The event will help launch the Mac Miller Circles Fund, which will benefit youth living in under served communities by giving them opportunities to discover their full potential through art and community building.
