Kris Jenner has revealed the history behind Khloe Kardashian’s daughter’s name.
Khloe finally revealed that her baby girl’s name is True Thompson, after giving birth last Thursday.
While the name has garnered a mixed reaction, Khloe’s mum has revealed that the name runs in the family.
Taking to Twitter after Khloe’s announcement, Kris wrote, “I’m so excited to welcome my precious little granddaughter True!!! FUN FACT… my Grandfather’s name on my Dad’s side was True Otis Houghton.”

Khloe gave birth in the midst controversy, as she welcomed her baby girl just 48 hours after photos and videos emerged of her baby daddy Tristan Thompson allegedly cheating on her.
Despite Tristan’s alleged infidelity, it’s been reported that Khloe “really wants to be able to forgive and trust Tristan again and have the life she hoped to have with him.”
A source told PEOPLE, “She doesn’t know if she’ll be able to do that, but that’s the goal. She loves the life they had, she loves the baby they have together, and she still loves the dream of being a family together. If she can find a way to rebuild with Tristan, she will.”
