The reality star told her fans how “I was actually really nervous about wearing the dress because I did a cleanse a couple of weeks before and lost 6 or 7 pounds. At the final fitting, I was worried it wouldn’t fit. When I tried it on, though, it fit like a glove. It was perfection!”.

The wife of Kanye West kept her followers up to date on social media, revealing her weight loss on the days leading up to the Gala.

Later that night Kim K donned another Versace dress. The bondage-inspired dress caused quite a stir, as many fans called Kim out for copying Beyoncé.

Fans accused Kim of copying Beyoncé’s bondage dress that the singer wore for a Complex magazine shoot in 2011. Kim responded, writing on her website: “I found the exact dress Helena Christensen wore in 1992,” Kim wrote, “So I loved being able to re-create her entire look. She’s such a fashion icon.”

Celebrities slammed her for using her influence over young teenagers irresponsibly when she promoted the diet lollipop recently so the news of her cleanse is unlikely to be well received.
