Kate Beckinsale was forced to flee her home in the middle of the night, as wildfires edged closer to her home in Los Angeles.
The 45-year-old posted a terrifying photo of the wildfires raging near her home, as she thanked the Los Angeles Fire Department for their efforts.
She captioned the post: “We are safe. Thank you so much to everyone who checked in.”
Kate also thanked her neighbours David and Dorothy, who offered her a lift during the evacuation.
“Sending love and hope to everyone else who walked out of their house at 3 am to this, love and admiration to the @losangelesfiredepartment and most of all to David and Dorothy who didn’t need to remember in the middle of the night that I can’t drive but did.”
“And to everyone who has offered me a place to stay despite my rolling with four animals including an epileptic cat. Angel people. So grateful,” she added.
A host of celebrities, including Kate Hudson, LeBron James and Arnold Swarzenegger, have been forced to leave their homes due to the California wildfires.
