Kanye West’s father, Ray West, is currently undergoing treatment for prostate cancer.
It was previously reported that the rapper’s father had stomach cancer, but this was found to be untrue.
Ray is receiving treatment in L.A. and seems to be responding well, a source told TMZ.
The source also said that it looks like Ray will be okay, and that Kanye went to see him as soon as he heard the news.
The diagnosis comes eleven years after Kanye’s mother died due to a cardiac arrest.
Kanye suffered a nervous breakdown in 2016, which was reportedly triggered by the anniversary of his mother’s death.
