Kim Kardashian has been favouring gold medallion style jewellery in recent months, and it turns out it was designed by her husband.
Kanye West has just launched his very first jewellery line with Jacob the Jeweler – and it’s seriously pricey.
The 12 piece collection is inspired by Florentine art from the 14th century – like Donatello’s bas-relief portraits.
“I wanted to create something that represented timeless love,” the rapper told Vogue.
Kim has secretly been modelling the collection on several occasions for the past several months, and wore three of the necklaces to the MTV Video Music Awards last year.
Some of Kanye’s designs were reportedly stolen when Kim was held at gunpoint and robbed of millions of dollars worth of jewellery in Paris in October, but according to E! the star had duplicates.
The collection is out now, but it certainly doesn’t come cheap: the eight medallion style necklaces cost between $4,810 and $13,360 and the four gold rings range from $1,530 to $9,610.
