Jamie Foxx will not be charged for an alleged penis slap to the face, which happened sixteen years ago.
The star allegedly slapped a woman in the face with his penis in 2002, when she refused to give him oral sex at a party in his house.
Las Vegas police informed TMZ that the case was now closed because the statute of limitations has passed for both criminal charges and a civil suit to be brought forward
Foxx has denied the claims, branding them an “absurd” lie.
