George Zimmerman reportedly threatened Beyoncé and Jay-Z in a series of texts

George Zimmerman reportedly threatened Beyoncé and Jay-Z in a series of text messages.

George was found not guilty of the murder of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in 2012, although he did admit to shooting the teenager.

The messages from the 34-year-old were apparently sent during the filming of Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story.

Jay-Z was the co-executive producer of the docu-series which follows the story of Trayvon Martin’s fatal shooting.

The 34-year-old’s messages are set to appear in the finale of the documentary series.

The alleged texts were sent to private investigator, Dennis Warren, after he tried to find potential participants for the documentary.

In the texts obtained by The Blast, George called Beyoncé a “broke w***e” and said “If I see either of them in my life, they’ll find themselves inside a 13 foot gator.”

George reportedly sent similar messages to the executive co-producer of the series, Michael Gasparro.
