Cole Sprouse just responded to the Avril Lavigne conspiracy in the BEST way.
The former Disney star, who has recently returned to the acting world in hit new series Riverdale, is known for his sharp sense of humour on Twitter – but his latest tweet has to be his best yet.
Avril Lavigne was trending all weekend after a dedicated fan created a theory that the Sk8er Boi singer actually died back in 2003, and a look-a-like called Melissa has been pretending to be her ever since.
Taking to Twitter, Cole poked fun at the theory by posting pictures of himself since 1998.

Posted three hours ago, the tweet has already gained over 30k likes 8k retweets.
Meanwhile, the ‘Avril Lavigne is dead’ thread has gained over 180k likes and 117 retweets on Twitter.
