EXCLUSIVE! Sharon Stone reveals where she gets her confidence

Sharon Stone is one of the most poised women in Hollywood, but she still has days where that takes a bit more work – just like everyone else.

The actress chatted exclusively to LAGoss.com at the Lupus LA Orange Ball about where she finds her enviable confidence.

“Well, everybody has days, but I just think it’s a question of body, mind and spirit,” she told us. “And you have to try to stay balanced in all of those things, and then it will help you.

“You have to stay fit, you have to eat right, you have to sleep. You have to stay in your right consciousness and think about what’s the right action to each thing that comes up.

Sharon added: “Not what’s easy or what’s good or what’s pleasurable, but what’s happy – what lasts for the long term.”

The Basic Instinct star was at the event to support her sister Kelly Stone, who battles lupus and was presenting the Daniel J. Wallace Founder’s Award to Marta and Ron Bloom.

Sharon was also the auctioneer for the evening and helped Lupus LA to raise a huge amount of money – and plenty of awareness about the cause.

The 59-year-old’s charitable nature has rubbed off on her three sons Roan, Laird and Quinn.

“I think kindness is just sort of an innate thing,” she told us. “My children are very kind, and they like to be kind and they like to helpful.”
