Erika Jayne has revealed she’s dating a “younger” man, following her divorce from 84-year-old Tom Girardi.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star filed for divorce from the attorney in November 2020, after 21 years of marriage.
During the latest episode of the podcast Two Ts in a Pod, hosted by Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge, the singer revealed she’s now dating someone much younger.
Teddi asked Erika: “Are you always attracted to an elder male?”
The 52-year-old replied: “No, I’m actually seeing someone younger now.”
She explained that she made a promise to keep their relationship private, but revealed her mystery man “has black hair and brown skin”.
The reality star also confirmed that her new beau also lives in Los Angeles, is “in his late 30s” and is “not necessarily” the breadwinner in the relationship – although she is the most “infamous” of the two.
When asked if she’ll document her new relationship on the RHOBH, Erika replied: “Absolutely not. No, come on, guys, I deserve a moment of peace. I take this day by day.”
“I’m not saying that [about] the relationship, I’m saying that about life… As long as it feels good and we’re happy, I’m good.”
Following the shock news of their divorce, Tom and Erika were accused of embezzling $2 million in settlement funds from the families of Lion Air Flight 610 crash victims.
Erika was named in the complaint because the plaintiffs’ firm alleged that Tom embezzled the money “in order to continue funding his and Erika’s lavish Beverly Hills lifestyles.”
The former couple were also accused of using their divorce “as simply sham attempt to fraudulently protect Tom and Erika’s money from those that seek to collect on debts owed by Tom and his law firm GK.”
Erika was later dismissed from the fraud and embezzlement lawsuit, and she has denied having knowledge about Tom’s alleged crimes.
