Erika Jayne has insisted her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star Kyle Richards is not splitting from her husband Mauricio Umansky.
Earlier this week, it was reported that the reality star had separated from her husband.
However, Kyle and Mauricio later released a statement, in which they slammed rumours of their divorce as “untrue”, but revealed that the past year of their marriage had been “rough”.
In a new Billboard interview, Kyle’s RHOBH co-star Erika insisted that she and Mauricio are not splitting.
The reality star said: “I’m going to let Kyle really explain, but they’re not splitting.”
“They have had a very hard time. They’ve acknowledged that, before saying she thinks it’s for the “best” for Kyle to “tell her own story.”
Reports of Kyle and Mauricio’s separation came after fans began questioning the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s close relationship with country singer Morgan Wade.
Fans have been searching Kyle’s Instagram for clues about her and her husband’s marriage problems, and many pointed out that she has been posting a lot of photos with Morgan recently – and not with her husband.
In a new paparazzi video, the reality star denied rumours she was dating Morgan.
“We are very good friends,” she told paparazzi from her Range Rover.
When asked if her relationship with Morgan was “just a rumour”, she shut speculation down with a blunt “yes”.
Kyle, 54, and Morgan, 28, attended the Americana Music Awards together in September 2022 and since then, they have been travelling the world together.
One eagle-eyed fan also pointed out that the pair have been wearing what appear to be matching rings.
Others spotted that Kyle and Morgan appear to have matching heart tattoos, and Morgan also has a ‘K’ tattooed on her inner elbow.
Kyle and Mauricio tied the knot back in 1996.
The couple share three daughters – Alexia, 26, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15.
The actress also has daughter Farrah, 34, from her first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.
