Amid reports Christine is seeking a restraining order against her husband, Christian has now filed for a temporary restraining order against her, that seeks to enforce a “legal forcefield around him”.

According to documents seen by The Blast and TMZ, he wants the court to order his wife to stay 100 yards away from him for allegedly fabricating stories that he physically abused her during their relationship.

Christian also alleged that the row between them erupted over Christine’s dogs urinating on his belongings.

He claims when he confronted Christine, he became angry and picked up a trash bag full of soiled rags and paper towels – and threw it against a wall.

Christian denied the bag was filled with glass, denied throwing the bag at Christine, and further denied hitting their son.

The 45-year-old alleged that the police arrived and arrested him over “lies” Christine had told them.

He also accused the ex Selling Sunset star of filing a false police report, and claimed she “fabricated” domestic violence allegations against him to use as leverage in a potential divorce and custody battle.

Christine and Christian have been married since December 2019, and welcomed their son Christian Georges Dumontet in May 2021.

Snippets of the couple’s relationship was documented on the popular Netflix real estate drama Selling Sunset, including their lavish wedding.
