Chris Martin has reportedly bought long time girlfriend Dakota Johnson a “commitment ring” – sparking speculation that he is about to propose.
The Coldplay star, 43, and the Fifty Shades Of Grey star, 30, have in a relationship on and off since 2018.
The couple have been spending lockdown together in LA, with insiders saying the pair are closer than ever.
“Chris and Dakota have had a great summer and it has really cemented their relationship,” a source told the publication.
“They’ve had ups and downs in the past, and although Chris was worried they wanted different things, Dakota is super-happy and ready to commit.
“Chris has bought her a ring as a sign of his intent, and no one would be Âsurprised if an engagement announcement followed.”
The Hollywood couple have been on and off since 2017, calling it quits last summer, but then reuniting just weeks later.
According to reports it was Chris’s ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow who encouraged the pair to reunite at the time.
