Charlie Sheen has lead tributes to Two And A Half Men actress Conchata Ferrell – who has sadly died.

According to Deadline, the 77-year-old passed away on Tuesday “as a result of complications following a cardiac arrest”.

The outlet also noted that she died “peacefully surrounded by family at Sherman Oaks Hospital” in Sherman Oaks, CA.

The actress was best known for playing popular housekeeper Berta in Two And A Half Men.

She starred in the show between 2003 to 2015, and received two Emmy nominations for Outstanding Supportive Actress in a Comedy Series in 2005 and 2007.

After the news of her death broke, Conchata’s former co-star Charlie Sheen posted a touching tribute to the actress on Twitter.

He wrote: “An absolute sweetheart, a consummate pro, a genuine friend, a shocking and painful loss. Berta, your housekeeping was a tad suspect, your ‘people’ keeping was perfect.”

Adam Sandler also paid tribute to Conchata on social media, writing: “RIP. Great lady. Will be missed terribly. So sorry to her family.”
