Chad Michael Murray revives famous character for a very sweet reason

Chad Michael Murray has revived his famous character, Austin Ames (aka Nomad), for the sweetest reason.

The actor played the charming teenager alongside Hilary Duff in the 2004 movie, A Cinderella Story.

And 13 years on, he’s taken the Prince Charming suit out of retirement to bring his wife to her first prom.

Chad and his wife made the effort for an Alice in Wonderland themed prom party, thrown in aid of the Children’s Hospital of Orange County.

He posted a selfie to Instagram in the suit, explaining how happy he was that it “still fits”.

“I Brought Austin Ames out of retirement, I mean Hey it’s Prom! Met the best kids & got to dance with my Wife at her 1st Prom.

“Thanku @warnerbrosentertainment for letting me take the wardrobe out for a night. Big win – IT STILL FITS!”
