Caitlyn Jenner has apparently undergone sex reassignment surgery.
The transgender reality star allegedly writes about her decision to have the operation in her new book The Secrets of my Life, according to Radar Online.
“The surgery was a success, and I feel not only wonderful but liberated,” she reportedly shares in an excerpt published by the website.
Caitlyn added: “I just want to have all the right parts. I am also tired of tucking the damn thing in all the time.”

According to Radar, the Olympian decided to announce her surgery “so all of you can stop staring”, but won’t be discussing it again.
“You want to know, so now you know. Which is why this is the first time, and the last time, I will ever speak of it,” she allegedly writes.
Caitlyn, who was born Bruce, confirmed that she identifies as a woman two years ago, and has previously had facial surgery and got breast implants.
The star’s book The Secrets of my Life will be published on April 25th.
