Anne Hathaway has preemptively shut down fat-shamers ahead of a new role for which she has to gain weight.
The actress took to Instagram to warn anyone who tries to comment on her weight over the coming months to take their commentary elsewhere.
The 35-year-old shared a workout video that shows her preparing for the role and captioned it very cleverly.
“I am gaining weight for a movie role and it is going well. To all the people who are going to fat shame me in the upcoming months, it’s not me, it’s you. Peace xx”
