Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler has been accused by a second woman of sexual assault.
Jeanne Bellino is suing the 75-year-old rockstar for allegedly assaulted her twice in 1975 at the age of 17.
This allegation comes less than a year after Julia Misley came forward and accused the singer of having an illicit sexual relationship with her when she was a teenager.
In a YouTube video released by Ms. Bellino’s lawyers, Jeff Anderson & Associates, the model shared her story and claimed that she was “assaulted in a phone booth in broad daylight by Steven Tyler.”
In documents released through the law firm, it is said Ms. Bellino was a teenager working on a fashion show in Manhattan in the summer of 1975 when a friend allegedly arranged for them to meet rock band Aerosmith.
The lawsuit alleged the band’s frontman sexually assaulted her twice during that day.
The filing claims: “While holding her captive, Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat and put his hands upon her body, her breasts, her buttocks and her genitals, moving and removing clothing and pinning her against the wall of the phone booth.”
“As Tyler was mauling and groping her, he was humping her pretending to have sex with her.”
“Others stood by outside the phone booth laughing and as passers-by watched and witnessed, nobody in the entourage intervened.”
The second incident allegedly occurred when the pair entered a hotel bar together – where the singer reportedly simulated sex without Ms. Bellino’s consent.
The lawsuit reported that, Ms. Bellino was then allegedly invited to Steven’s hotel room, but she managed to escape with the help of a doorman who “flung” her into a cab that took her home.
Ms. Bellino was hospitalised and medicated as a result of the alleged assaults and has suffered “great pain of mind and body, severe and permanent emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, embarrassment, humiliation, physical, personal and psychological injuries,” according to the lawsuit.

The rockstar was sued in December 2022 for alleged sexual assault and sexual battery by Julia Misley.
The lawsuit reported at the time that Steven used his “role, status and power as a well-known musician and rock star to gain access to, groom, manipulate, exploit, sexually assault” Ms. Misley over a period of three years.
In April, Tyler requested the lawsuit be dismissed, alleging that Misley consented to their sexual relationship, and that he had immunity as her legal guardian at the time the events allegedly occurred.
