The first trailer for Black Mass has been released and Johnny Depp looks unrecognisable as he plays Irish gang lord Jimmy Bulger.
The film is based on the true story of the Irish gangster’s unholy alliances in South Boston in the 1970’s.
Jimmy was one of the most ruthless and dangerous gangsters in the Boston history.
Scott Cooper directs and the flick also stars Joel Edgerton as FBI agent John Connolly, Benedict Cumberbatch as Whitey’s brother, State Senator Billy Bulger, and Kevin Bacon as FBI Special Agent in Charge Charles McGuire.
The movie is set for release on November 13.
