Dublin’s national monument the Spire has been turned into a massive lightsaber in honor of Star Wars: The Force Awakens being released this week.
The film, which stars our very own Domhnall Gleeson who plays villain General Hux in the movie, is the latest installment in the iconic sci-fi series.
The film is set for release in Ireland on December 17, and it appears that the Spire done up as a giant lightsaber is to increase the hype for the film’s release, with passers by uploading snaps to Twitter.
