TV3’s new homegrown soap, Red Rock is about to hit an explosive crescendo this week between the Hennessey’s and the Kielys.
Returning this Wednesday and Thursday, things are beginning to heat up as the Kiely family prepare to bury Darren.
Bridget Kiely’s – played by Denise McCormack – main priority is now getting revenge on the people who have done this to her son and it seems loyal son Keith will do almost anything to keep his mother happy.

She doesn’t only want to stay for Darren’s funeral but there’s something else keeping her in Red Rock.
And things just get worse as Katie tries to control her emotions at her brother Darren’s wake but instead erupts in anger at her mother Bridget, accusing her of abandoning the family.

Just as the dusts starts to settle, David, the brother of Darren’s killer, decides to show up at the wake to pay his respects and a fight breaks out in front of everyone.
Red Rock has been making waves since it’s première last week as it challenges UTV Ireland’s figure for British soap Emmerdale.
