Enya has revealed that she has had to borrow some sugar from her very famous neighbour, Bono.
The solo singer lives in the incredible Manderley Castle in Killiney, next-door to the U2 frontman’s family home, and has admitted that she’s knocked on his door for some sugar before.
“[Bono] has loaned me some sugar when I came knocking to the door, definitely,” she said.

Although the 54-year-old lives very close to the rockstar, she couldn’t say whether he did any of his own domestic chores or not.
“I haven’t seen him take out the black bins,” she told BBC Radio Ulster presenter Gerry Kelly.
While Bono has been dishing out sugar to the neighbours, he has been treating fans to some sweet music as last night he played the second of U2’s four homecoming shows.
Security is at an all time high for the shows, with armed gardaà patrolling the 3Arena in the wake of the recent terror attacks in Paris.
