Nathan Carter has revealed that he is in talks to host his own chat show on RTE.
The country singer recently recorded a one off special for the broadcaster called The Nathan Carter Show which will be broadcast next Wednesday on RTE One at 9:30pm.
The Liverpool born star interviewed guests including Mary Black, John Sheahan, British duo The Shires and Paddy Casey in a musical show at Dublin’s Mansion House.

Although the show was a once off, the Sunday World has revealed that Nathan has caught the hosting bug and is already in talks to present more in the future.
“I was very nervous and spent every day for a week rehearsing. I never did anything like that before,” he told the paper.
“To have to interview people was totally different as I’m the one who normally gets interviewed.”

“But 10 minutes into the show I settled down, and by the time it ended I would have loved to have done it all over again.”
Nathan is keeping his fingers crossed that the special will be turned into a chat show.
“There could be a series if this show goes well enough, so hopefully there’s more to come.”
