Sentenced: Dolores escaped a criminal conviction

Since the incident Dolores has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, following medics informing the judge that the singer was going through a distressing period and was potentially suffering from hypomania, sleep deprivation and paranoia at the time.

The payment to the poor box means the 44-year-old will escape a criminal conviction.
