2. House of Cards

Another Dubliner making it big on Netflix is Dominique McElligott who has joined House of cards Season 4.

3. Once Upon a Time

If you’re looking for a number of Irish stars in one series then get watching ABC’s Once Upon a Time this Paddy’s Day.

Caroline Morahan, Jamie Dornan and Sarah Bolger have all made a splash on the show – cutting their teeth in the world of acting before landing big projects.

Mostly recently Victoria Smurfit came back, staring as the woman you love to hate – Cruela DeVil.

New episodes of Once Upon A Time launch every week on Netflix.

4. The Stag

Produced, filmed and directed in Ireland, The Stag is a hilarious comedy about a group of lads heading off on, well a stag.

The movie follows a groom-to-be who agrees to hold his bachelor party in the great Irish outdoors – but the weekend takes a turn for the weird when the bride’s uncouth brother shows up.

Starring Irish favourites Brian Gleeson, Andrew Scott and Amy Huberman – if you’re missing a bit of Irish humour then pop this on.

5. Lost River

On the back of her Oscar nomination, actress Saoirse Ronan plays the part of Rat in this American fantasy-neo-noir film written, produced and directed by Ryan Gosling.

In the rotting remains of a once great city, a struggling single mother is forced to take a job at a bizarre cabaret to keep her house and kids.

If you’re looking for something different this Patrick’s day then get this on STAT!

6. Frank

A favourite in Goss HQ, the Lenny Abrahamson directed flick brings the lols with Michael Fassbender as an elusive aspiring musician, who wears a fake head.

A bizarrely beautiful flick, go watch it!
