An international pop star has shown support for Irish influencer Charleen Murphy following the release of her new single.
The Dubliner recently released her version of Jamelia’s song Superstar with DJ Ev Wilde.
The 24-year-old’s hard work has paid off as she has now caught the attention of Grammy-Award-winning artist SZA.
Charleen shared her excitement at waking up to the famous singer liking her video.
The Hold My Drink podcast host wrote: “Woke up to SZA liking my video WTAF?!”
She also shared a video to her Instagram story and said: “I’m so confused, how did she find me? What the Hell?!” alongside the caption: “Hahah no I’m so confused.”
The famous singer took an interest in one of Charleen’s most recent viral Instagram reels.
The aesthetic video is a “beach makeup” tutorial and features Charleen as she goes from natural beauty to natural glam.
The viral video has garnered more than 6.4 million views on the social media platform and is continuing to grow by the day.

The 24-year-old also shared her excitement as her new single is trending on the Soundcloud charts.
She tagged Ev Wilde and wrote: “We’re in the SoundCloud trending charts!! So grateful for all of the support it honestly has meant SO much, yous are queens ilysm.”
