Reminder; asking someone are they happy with their results is just as insensitive as straight out asking how many points they got. If anyone asks me about results in any way, shape or form tomorrow I’ll be swinging #LeavingCert2019 #leavingcertresults pic.twitter.com/lksEBJokyu

I got 8 points in my #LeavingCert. Then my uncle blamed the death of my father on me and I fled. He became head of the pride. I spent years in exile. But I turned things around and now, after defeating him and finding true love, I’m King of Pride Rock. #LeavingCert2019

Its #leavingcertresults night tonight. It won’t matter that you have your aunt’s passport and know that she’s a Virgo. Bouncers will know you’re 17 by the fact you’re dressed to the nines smothered in Clinique and its a Tuesday! #LeavingCert2019

this whole night before #leavingcertresults has a weird christmas eve type vibe to it except instead of presents in the morning it’s disappointment and a free pity breakfast from ur parents

Good luck to everyone receiving #LeavingCert2019 results today!
Remember – it’s not the be all and end all. We have loads of open roles for anyone has golden combination of the ability to make their voices inaudible over a PA system and a total disregard for punctuality.

Best of luck to everyone getting the LC results tomorow, and if it doesn’t go your way just pull a Donna and fuck off to Greece x #LeavingCert2019

I mitched every Leaving Cert exam and went down the park with a flagon of Linden Village, twenty Sweet Afton and a bag of chips from Riozzi’s, but now I’m chairman of HSBC, I invented Google and I own a solid gold yacht. Everything happens for a reason. #LeavingCert2019

To everyone worrying about their leaving cert results don’t worry, your future isn’t going to be defined over a piece of paper, it’s all based on how rich your parents are #LeavingCert #LeavingCert2019

I still believe no one should be judged on how fast they can regurgitate selected learning under pressure … learning that they will often barely remember or use in later life. My heart goes out to all those receiving #leavingcert results today ❤️ #LeavingCert2019 pic.twitter.com/CMAeeponAV

Reminder to #LeavingCert2019 students, parents & guardians to let yourself feel whatever you feel.
Joy. Excitement. Disappointment. Anger. Lean in to it & feel it. Not forever, just for now.
Whether pleasant or unpleasant, feeling fade. When they do, clarity & hope await.????

Never comfortable with public figures waxing lyrical about how the #LeavingCert2019 doesn’t matter, or how they failed and still succeeded etc etc. Nostalgia is an unhelpful thing at best. At the time, it can feel monumental and that shouldn’t be unintentionally belittled….

…Good luck to everyone getting results today, and remember that everything is still possible (unlike for us older folk for whom the possibilities have dwindled). ????

Thinking of all the young Irish people getting their leaving cert results today. Wish I had known years ago when I got mine that they‘re not that important in the big scheme of things. They don’t define you & you’re SO much more than they’ll show.????????#LeavingCert #LeavingCert2019

I got under 300 points in my Leaving due to mental health, I’m now 25 & going to my dream college. If things don’t go the way you want, it isn’t the end of the world. You can go to college when you are ready & able. Don’t feel pressured to rush off now. #LeavingCert2019
