Love Island fans went through a rollercoaster of emotions during last night’s Casa Amor recoupling – especially when Tommy and Molly-Mae chose to remain loyal to one another.
However, viewers have pointed out that Tommy and Lucie’s reactions to one another’s couplings was a little off.
Some are speculating that their responses to the recoupling points to the pair still liking one another.
Did tommy look upset Lucie had coupled up ???? #loveisland

Some fans have suggested that Tommy looked “jealous” when Lucie arrived back to the villa with newcomer George.
Others felt that Lucie’s tears during Tommy and Molly-Mae’s reunion were not tears of joy, but of sadness.
At the beginning of the show, Tommy tried to crack on with Lucie, expressing that he really liked her. However, Lucie chose to pursue a relationship with Joe instead.
#LoveIsland anybody else see Tommy’s face when Lucie walked in with a bloke?…he didn’t look pleased, there’s unfinished business there….give it 12 months and Molly will be old news and Lucie will be Tommy’s girlfriend.

Since Joe departed from the show, Lucie took Tommy aside to express that she really liked him.
However, Tommy rebuffed her advances in favour of pursuing his relationship with Molly-Mae.
Fans are speculating that the pair both have feelings for one another given their history, and that their recoupling reactions are evidence:
Did no one see the jealousy in Tommy’s eyes when Lucie came in with a new guy???? #loveisland

Am I the only person in the UK who didn’t go ape shit over Tommy and Molly Mae?! Seconds before you could almost see the jealousy oozing out of him when Lucie walked in! ????#givemollyanoscar #whatyoucryingfor #loveisland

The way Lucie is looking at Tommy was a moment of realization for her that “I could have had all that, but gave it up for a sandwich maker who got voted off” it’s going to hit even harder when Tommy wins the 50k with Molly #cheersLove #lovelsland
