Brooklyn Nine-Nine has officially been cancelled, and fans are not happy.
Launched in 2013, comedian Andy Samberg plays the lead character in the single shot show.
Airing for five seasons, ratings didn’t really go up or down this year, but the show has received critical acclaim and a cult following.
However today Fox made the decision to axe the series, and people are taking to Twitter to vent:
brooklyn nine nine is cancelled and i am heartbroken. everything is garbage. never love anything

Fox really cancelled Brooklyn Nine-Nine. One of the best tv shows ever made. The disrespect. I hope Hulu picks it up like they did with The Mindy Project. I’m throwing hands. #JusticeforBrooklyn99
