Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will spend Christmas with Prince William and Kate Middleton

Megan Markle is set to spend her first Christmas with the Royals – but she won’t be with Queen Elizabeth.

Prince Harry and his wife-to-be with instead spend Christmas day with Prince William and Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton in their home in Norfolk.

The two couples will spending Christmas Eve at Sandringham,  where they will enjoy afternoon tea.

However, normally on Christmas Day, the royal family traditionally stay at Sandringham House in Norfolk, where they have a black-tie dinner, enjoy a full English breakfast and go pheasant shooting.

 

While Suits actress Meghan has already been welcomed into the family, no unmarried partners are allowed to spend Christmas Day at Sandringham.

Kate didn’t even spend any of Christmas with Prince William during their engagement back in 2010.

But now sources have told Us Weekly that Meghan, 36, and Harry,33, will be Kate and William’s guests.

According to the report, the couple will be “served a traditional English breakfast, attend a mandatory 11 a.m. service at St. Mary Magdalene Church and then enjoy a lunch featuring two roast turkeys”.

A third roast turkey will reportedly be sent up to the nursery for Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Later in the day they will then watch the queen’s speech at 3pm,

The publications reports that Meghan will stay until Stephen’s Day, before spending time with her family in the US for New Year’s Eve.

Prince Harry and Meghan are set to marry at Windsor Castle in May next year.
