OK! Magazine reported that the couple enjoyed staying in a £2,000-a-night five-star villa, with an infinity pool, private chef and butler.
The couple were rumoured to be in difficulty for months after becoming parents to baby Bear.
Liam continued to party while Cheryl enjoyed motherhood and withdrew from social events.
Their relationship was put under further pressure when he spoke publicly about the struggles they were having which left the former X-Factor judge furious.
However all that seems to be in the past as he was seen beaming after his holiday with his baby Bear and the former Girls Aloud star.
It is reported that Cheryl organised the entire holiday but he footed the bill.
The getaway came shortly after it was revealed that the former 1D star earned less than €10,000 last year.
