Lisa Armstrong has finally ditched her wedding ring.
She had been spotted wearing it on several occasions since the news broke that her estranged husband Ant McPartlin had moved on with Anne-Marie Corbett, his personal assistant and a former friend of Lisa’s.
The couple’s marriage broke down following Ant’s battle with addiction.
The Daily Mail obtained photos of the makeup artists sunbathing on a beach in LA, where she is working, without her wedding ring.
She also posed for selfies which were posted on Instagram in which she is not wearing either her wedding or engagement ring.
It was reported that Ant’s Saturday Night Takeaway co-host Dec reached out to her by sending a supportive text which read, “You know where I am if you need to talk. Be strong.”
The Sun reported that the TV presenter has “found himself in a difficult position and is torn” following the couple’s messy split.
“He doesn’t know what to do for the best. He’s not been in contact with Lisa since she and Ant split but decided he had to reach out after Ant’s new romance was revealed,” they continued.
The source finished, “He doesn’t want any ill-feeling.”
“He’s in such a difficult position, especially with things getting more ugly.”
It had been reported that Lisa was seeking £50million from the couple’s divorce settlement, which would make it one of the most expensive in British history, however, Lisa has denied these claims.
